Our people
SFHCS is governed by a 10-member Board (50% Female and 50% Male) from a mix of various professional backgrounds; and 4 members of senior management team as EX-Officials. The board members are selected at an Annual General Meeting (AGM), usually held in December where SFHCS members who have paid membership dues (clients, staff members, interested community members) are eligible to elect the Board of Directors (upon term completion) and to advise on future plans at SFHCS.
At the management top of SFHCS is the Executive Director, assisted by heads of 5 departments for Medical, Counseling, Social Welfare, Laboratory, and Human Resources/Accounting.
